My sleep disorder, which is a symptom of depression, has gotten much better lately. But still, I end up sleeping for about 10 hours a day, and I feel very sleepy when I come back from work. I guess I have no choice but to get used to it slowly and not rush.

By the way, I heard that the American rock band KISS had their last live performance on December 2nd and ended their half-century of activity. They said they would retire, but they really did.

I myself was not that into KISS, but it’s sad to see musicians that I’ve been familiar with since I was young disappear.

In 2023, there were also many news of musicians passing away, so I feel more nostalgic when I hear topics like this.
